Official Notice You are fraternally requested to attend the 240th Annual Communication of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons for the State of Georgia.

- Date: October 26–28, 2026 (Opening on Tuesday, October 27 at 8:30 A.M.)
- Location: Macon Centreplex, X-Hall A | Macon, Georgia
Registration (Credentials Committee) It is imperative that all Past Masters and Sitting Masters register with the Credentials Committee prior to entering the session. You must have a current, valid membership card to obtain voting devices and the ability to vote at this session. Note: You can only register for one Lodge.
- Monday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (D Hall)
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM (D Hall)

Grand Master’s Banquet Master Masons and their wives are invited to attend.
- When: 6:30 PM
- Where: A-B-C Ballroom
- Cost: $85.00 each (payable in advance)
- Deadline to purchase tickets is October 9th 2026
- Reservations: Call 478-742-1475. Seating is limited and will be sold until exhausted, but no later than October 9, 2026.
Tuesday – October 27, 2026
- 8:30 AM: Opening of Annual Communication
- 12:00 PM: Call from Labor to Refreshment
- 1:00 PM: Call from Refreshment to Labor
- 5:00 PM: Call from Labor to Refreshment
- 6:00 PM: Tommy Irvin, PGM, Farmer’s Market

Special Notices for Lodges
- Failure to pay Grand Lodge dues deprives a Lodge of its ballots in the Grand Lodge (See 23-130 of the Masonic Code).
- Lodge Masters Please Take Notice: Failure to be represented in the Grand Lodge for three consecutive years will cause the Charter of your Lodge to be forfeited (See 2-102 of the Masonic Code).
